Wizpen is a storytelling platform where you can discover, read, and support original written content from creators around the world. Think of it as a blend of a digital library, a creative marketplace, and a community hub.
2. Do I need an account to enjoy contents?
You can browse some content without an account, but to follow creators, purchase content, or leave feedback, you’ll need to sign up for a free account.
3. How do I buy a story or support a storyteller?
You can buy content or unlock premium content using your preferred payment method. We use secure third-party services to handle all payments. Some creators may also offer free content or donation options.
4. Can I get a refund if I don’t like what I read?
All sales are final. However, if there was a technical issue or the content violated our guidelines, contact us at support@wizpen.io and we’ll review your case.

5. How do I publish my content on Wizpen?
Simply create a creator account, upload your content, choose whether it’s free or paid, and hit publish! You can also add cover images, genres, and tags to help readers discover your content.
6. Can I sell my content and earn money?
Yes! Wizpen allows you to monetize your content directly. Set your own prices or offer pay-what-you-want options. Readers can purchase individual contents or support you on an ongoing basis.
7. How do payouts content?
We use trusted payment processors (like Stripe) to manage payouts. Just connect your payout account, and you’ll receive your earnings based on our payout schedule, minus transaction fees.
8. What kind of content is allowed?
We welcome text, photo, videos or fiction, non-fiction, poetry, essays, serials, and more. However, your content must follow our Community Guidelines and cannot include hate speech, plagiarism, or explicit content that violates our terms.

Yes, creating an account and publishing content is free. You only pay when you choose to purchase or support creators.
10. Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account anytime from your account by contacting support@wizpen.io with subject [DELETE ACCOUNT]. Note that some information may be retained for legal or administrative purposes.
11. Is my data safe?
We take your privacy seriously. All data is encrypted and handled according to our Privacy Policy. We never sell your personal information.
12. I found a bug or issue what should I do?
