# Withdrawal

To withdraw your earnings to your bank account, please follow these steps:

#### 🔧 How to Withdraw

1. Enter the amount you want to withdraw
2. Enter your **bank name**
3. Enter the **account holder's name**
4. Enter your **email address** (must match your **Wizpen login email**)

⚠️ If the email you provide **does not match** your Wizpen account email, your withdrawal will **be cancelled automatically**.

#### 💼 Withdrawal Guidelines

* **Minimum withdrawal:** Rp100,000 per transaction
* **Maximum withdrawal:** Rp10,000,000 per transaction
* **Withdrawal period:** Only available from the **24th to the 30th** of each month
* **Fees per withdrawal:**\
  • Admin fee: **Rp10,000**\
  • Service fee: **Rp5,000**\
  ➤ Your final payout will be the amount **after these fees are deducted**

#### ⏳ Processing Time

* Withdrawals are processed within **1–5 business days**
* **No processing** on **Saturdays** and **Sundays**\
  📌 If you submit your request on a weekend, it will be automatically processed on the **next business day**
