# Creating and Selling By publishing and/or selling content on Studio Wizpen, whether through the mobile app or via the web at [studio.wizpen.io](https://studio.wizpen.io), you agree to the following terms and conditions: *** #### 1. Content Ownership and Rights * You **own the rights** to your original works (stories, illustrations, or other content) published on Wizpen. * By uploading your work, you give Wizpen a **non-exclusive license** to display, distribute, promote, and monetize your content on our platform. * You confirm that all content you publish is **your own original creation** or that you have legal permission to use and monetize it. *** #### 2. Prohibited Content You may **not** upload or sell content that: * Infringes on copyrights or trademarks * Contains hate speech, explicit violence, or illegal material * Violates Wizpen’s community guidelines or local laws Wizpen reserves the right to remove any content that breaches these rules, and take further action if necessary. *** #### 3. Monetization * You can earn revenue through **coin-based unlocks**, **direct purchases**, or other monetization features provided by Wizpen. * Wizpen may apply a **platform commission** to each transaction made by your readers or community. * You will receive the **net amount** based on the content price you’ve set, **after commission is deducted**. * Your earnings will be available for **withdrawal** once they reach the **minimum withdrawal threshold**, and only during the **official withdrawal period** set by Wizpen. *** #### 4. Earnings & Payouts * Payouts are subject to **fees**, minimum/maximum withdrawal amounts, and **timing rules** as outlined in the \[Withdrawal Policy]. * You are responsible for providing **accurate bank and personal information** for payouts. * You are also responsible for reporting and paying **any applicable taxes** related to your earnings. *** #### 5. Pricing & Promotions * You may set your own pricing (in coins or IDR) for content, within Wizpen's allowed range. * Wizpen may occasionally run **promotions or discounts**, which could temporarily affect the sale price of your content (with prior notice or consent, if required). *** #### 6. Account Termination Wizpen may suspend or terminate your creator account if: * You violate these terms or our community standards * Your content generates repeated complaints or legal issues * Fraud, manipulation, or abuse of the platform is detected Any remaining earnings may be withheld or forfeited depending on the severity of the violation. *** #### 7.
