• Promote it on Wizpen and our marketing channels

You must not upload content that is:

• Pornographic, hateful, or incites violence

• Spam, scams, or misleading

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules or applicable laws.

4. Monetization and Payments

Writers may sell content or receive support from readers. By doing so, you agree to the following:

• All earnings are subject to processing and transaction fees

• You must provide accurate payout information (e.g., via Xendit/Midtrans/Paypal)

• You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your earnings

We may withhold or revoke payouts in case of fraud, disputes, or violations of our policies.

5. Reader Purchases

Readers may purchase or unlock stories. All purchases are final, unless:

• There was an error in the transaction

• The content was removed due to a violation

Wizpen does not guarantee refunds outside of these exceptions.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, and designs (except user content) are owned by Wizpen or licensed to us. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission

• Use our name or logo without written consent

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or other Wizpen policies

• Engage in harmful, abusive, or fraudulent behavior

You may delete your account at any time. Note: we may retain certain data as required by law or for platform integrity.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Wizpen is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee:

• The availability or performance of our services

• That content will always be accurate or appropriate

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wizpen will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Major changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes must be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
