Direct Purchase
Wizpen allows users to purchase digital content directly using Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), without the need to convert to coins. Please read and understand the following terms before making a direct purchase.
1. What is a Direct Purchase?
A direct purchase means buying digital content (e.g. full stories, chapters, or exclusive works) using real money (IDR) without using coins.
Payments are made through the available methods (e.g. e-wallets, virtual accounts, QRIS, etc.).
2. No Refunds for Direct Purchases
All direct purchases are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases, wrong content selection, or change of mind.
Please make sure you review the content, price, and payment details before completing the transaction.
3. Access to Content
Once the payment is successful, the content will be instantly unlocked and available in your Wizpen account.
If you experience issues accessing your purchase, please contact our support team within 3x24 hours (3 business days) after payment.
4. Technical Errors or Double Charges
If you are charged twice or face a technical error, you may request a refund.
Approved refunds will be converted into coins, not cash, and will be automatically added to your Wizpen account.
Submit your request to support@wizpen.io within 7 calendar days, along with proof of payment.
5. Fraud or Abuse
Wizpen has the right to cancel transactions and restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
By making a direct purchase on Wizpen, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
