Subscription Terms & Conditions
By activating a VVIP/VIP subscription on Wizpen, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:
1. Ad Removal
VVIP/VIP subscription removes ads while reading content on Wizpen.
However, video ads shown when claiming daily rewards will still appear, as daily rewards are part of how writers earn from ad views without requiring readers to top up coins.
2. No Auto-Renewal (Unless Enabled)
Subscriptions will not renew automatically unless you choose to enable auto-renewal.
Renewal will be charged based on the price of the original package you selected.
3. Cancellation
You cannot cancel your subscription once it is active. It will remain valid until the end of the subscription period.
4. Refund Policy
There are no refunds for unused subscription time if you cancel midway through the period.
If a system error or technical issue prevents you from enjoying VVIP/VIP benefits, our support team will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
5. Price & Package Changes
Wizpen reserves the right to change subscription prices or terms at any time.
Any changes will be notified to users before the next subscription period begins.
If you do not agree with the changes, you may turn off auto-renewal before your current subscription ends.
6. Additional Terms
Subscribers must follow all of Wizpen’s Terms of Service, including community rules, during the subscription period.
Wizpen reserves the right to revoke VVIP/VIP access or terminate subscriptions without a refund in case of serious violations of platform rules.
